摘要 为了研究内置式永磁同步电机在变频器供电满载运行时铁心损耗和永磁体损耗大小和温升分布规律,采用有限元法计算两种不同转子磁极结构电机在正弦波和变频器供电下,不同内功率因数角和变频器参数时的损耗,并采用温度场软件仿真正弦波和变频器供电下永磁体与绕组温升分布。为了采用试验法分离永磁体损耗,利用埋置于内置式转子的无线测温元件测试满载时永磁体温度随时间的变化曲线,根据初始时段时间温度曲线斜率计算得到永磁体涡流损耗值。同时,利用拖动电机反拖装有与样机转子体积、质量相同的假转子样机测试机械损耗。将测试总损耗减去绕组铜耗、机械损耗和永磁体损耗分离出铁心损耗实验值,并将永磁体损耗、铁心损耗、永磁体温升实验值与计算值进行对比,验证仿真分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to study the loss and temperature distributions of the core and permanent magnets of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor fed by an inverter in full load condition, the finite element method is used to calculate the loss of two motors with different rotor configurations at different internal power factor angles, power supply waveforms, and the temperature field simulation is performed at both sine wave and converter supplies. In order to separate the permanent magnet loss by the test method, the wireless temperature sensor embedded in the interior rotor is used to test the time-dependent curve of the permanent magnet temperature in full load condition, and the eddy current loss of the permanent magnets is calculated according to the slope of the initial temperature- time curve. At the same time, the mechanical loss of the prototype machine is measured by dragging a fake rotor without permanent magnets. The total tested losses are subtracted from the copper loss, the mechanical loss and the permanent magnet loss to separate the core loss. Moreover, the experimental results and the calculated results of each loss and permanent magnet temperature rise are compared to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis.
