Effects on Oil-Immersed Paper for an Antioxidation Insulation Oil and Cause Analysis

Abstract：The properties of antioxidation oil paper insulation were studied through 264 days’ thermal aging experiment under 90℃ and 110℃, including the color of the oil, the furfural concentration in the oil, water concentration, degree of polymerization and acid concentration in the paper. And the results show that the antioxidation oil can not only restrain the oil oxidation itself, but also can restrain the aging of the paper immersed in the oil. Mechanisms of antioxidation oil paper insulation are studied. At the molecule level, this paper shows the anti-aging oil mixed has bounding water molecules ability. The esterification is proved by infrared spectrum analysis. It can restrain the hydrolysis under the thermal stress. The esterification and the hydrogen bond between oxygen atom in the ester has combination antioxidation ability.
