Abstract:A calculating model of electric vehicles’(EVs’) charging load demand concerning uncertainty factors is established in this work, in which, users’ charging habits is represented by binomial distribution. Based on this model effects of uncertainty factors including charging habits, charging start time delay and charging power to EVs’ charging load demand and distribution power load are investigated; and then an optimization model to adjust EVs’ charging load for uncertainty charging habit is proposed taking EVs’ charging start time and charging power as control variables, and the object function is to minimize the load variance with charging power limits and users’ charging energy demand as constraints. Taking EVs’ operating data and distribution power load data of a certain city as test case, advantages of the charging load regulation method is verified.
