Abstract  Based on the test model of single-phase four-column transformer, the temperature rise test under DC bias was carried out, and the variation law of measuring point temperature was obtained. The model for temperature field calculation was established, and the expression of heat transfer coefficient on the surface of structural was given. Considering the change of material parameters of oil with temperature, the heat transfer coefficient was solved as one of the unknown variables. The temperature distribution of structural parts under DC bias was calculated. The temperature relative error between the simulation results and the measurement results are small, which verifies the correctness of the calculation model and the calculation method.
