采用储能电源辅助的暂态稳定紧急控制方法

Abstract

To reduce the generator-tripping capacity and control the transient stability effectively, this paper proposed a combined emergency controlling method using energy storage and generator-tripping. Based on the back-stepping, the control rates of middle control variable is deduced, and the nonlinear robust transient stability controller of the energy storage is designed. By the extended equal area criteria (EEAC) a method of generator-tripping capacity calculating algorithm is proposed. In order to choose the optimal generator tripping unit, this paper propose a generator tripping unit optimization algorithm. The energy storage cutting out time is deduced by the approximate equivalent system model. By PSASP 7.0 user defined (UD) model the energy storage and the controller model are built and connected to the WEPRI 36-bus system to verify the validity of the controller and control strategy. The simulation result shows that the designed controller can effectively improves the transient stability of the system. The proposed strategy and cutting out time calculation method can achieve the purpose of reducing the capacity of tripped generator as well as the frequency of energy storage charge and discharge.
