一种兼顾二极管钳位型三电平变换器中点电位平衡的窄脉冲处理方法

Abstract To consider the narrow pulse compensation,neutral-point potential balance,and their coupling effects simultaneously,a solution method for three-level inverters is presented in this paper.Based on the analysis of the limits of modulation wave caused by narrow pulses,this method can avoid narrow pulse problem completely and has less adverse effects on the neutral-point potential balance control.Simulation and experimental results verify that it has a significant performance for narrow pulse processing and neutral-point potential balance.Its overall performance is better than traditional narrow pulse methods.
