Abstract:The stray current that leaks into the ground during rail transit operation invades the neutral point of the transformer along the line, which will shift the working magnetization curve of the transformer core and cause the DC bias effect of the transformer. Compared with the extremely large operation of the HVDC power transmission unit and the changes in the geomagnetic field caused by solar magnetic storms, the changes in the geomagnetic field caused by rail transit stray currents have obvious periodicity and are more common. This paper first theoretically analyzes the influence characteristics of stray DC on the vibration of transformer core and windings, and then conducts simultaneous detection of multi-physical quantities and tests on the dynamic vibration characteristics of three typical substations along the rail transit line of Guangzhou North Area. The results are analyzed, and the relationship between the vibration of the main transformer box and the stray current in each station is obtained, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and provides a theoretical basis for the monitoring of the DC bias magnetization of the transformer.
