摘要 在覆冰环境下,输电线路绝缘子绝缘性能下降是导致电网事故的主要原因之一,目前国内外学者对绝缘子覆冰开展了大量的研究,但对绝缘子布置方式的研究相对缺乏。该文结合输电线路建设及改造过程中实际存在的一些问题,提出绝缘子串倒T型布置方式,并采用固体层法进行染污,在人工气候室内模拟绝缘子覆冰,对不同等值附盐密度(ESDD)、不同覆冰程度下,具有相同爬电距离的悬垂布置和倒T型布置的绝缘子串进行交流闪络特性的对比试验。研究结果表明:相对于悬垂布置,倒T型布置的绝缘子串的水平部分无冰凌桥接伞裙现象,其覆冰闪络电压和等值附盐密度、覆冰厚度之间满足负幂函数关系,且受等值附盐密度和覆冰厚度的影响较小;两种布置方式下闪络过程中的起弧位置和发展路径也存在差异;与垂直布置方式相比,倒T型布置的绝缘子串的临界泄漏电流下降约9.71%,其交流冰闪电压提高6.21%~9.69%。

Abstract:The drop of insulation performance of insulator under icing weather is one of the important causes of grid accident. Although domestic and foreign scientists have carried out many researches on icing insulators, the study on insulator string arrangement is relatively lacking. This paper presents the inverted T-type arrangement based on the practical problems in the construction and reconstruction of transmission lines. During the test, the insulators were polluted by solid layer method. Natural icing environment were simulated in the artificial climate chamber. Regarding single string and inverted T-type arrangement string with the same leakage distance, AC flashover test considering the variation of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and icing degree were carried out. The tests and analysis indicate that insulators are not bridged by icicles in the horizontal section of the inverted T-type arrangement string, while the ice flashover voltage (Umf) between the ESDD and ice thickness of the inverted T-type insulator string satisfy negative power function, which is less affected by the ESSD and icing degree. There are also differences in arc starting position and development path in the flashover process under the two arrangements. Compared with single string, also the critical leakage current of the inverted T-type arrangement string has descent about 9.71% and the ice flashover voltage of it has improved about 6.21%~9.69%.
