摘要 提出一种拓扑变换型多谐振软开关直流变换器,其谐振腔单元中采用了双变压器结构,利用两个辅助开关管控制辅助变压器的接入与断开,谐振腔的等效电路结构因此可以在两种不同的多谐振拓扑之间灵活转换,同时,变换器的逆变单元也包含全桥和半桥两种工作模式,使得所述变换器共有四种工作模式。多模式特征能够满足不同的工作要求,因此,通过合理的参数设计,拓扑变换型多谐振变换器(MRC)能够在狭窄的工作频率范围内实现直流电压增益的宽范围调节并保证高效率。为了验证该变换器的有效性和理论分析的可靠性,给出相应的实验结果:当直流输入电压在25~300V范围内变化时,变换器可以提供从0至最高8倍可调的电压增益,控制输出电压稳定在200V,变压器在宽增益范围内能够维持较高的变换效率,最高效率可达98.1%。

Abstract:In this paper, a topology morphing multi-element resonant soft-switching DC-DC converter is discussed. By adopting the dual-transformer architecture, the resonant tank unit employs two auxiliary switches to enable or disable the auxiliary transformer, so that the equivalent circuit of the resonant tank can be flexibly converted between the two different multi-element topologies. At the same time, the inverter cell includes the full-bridge and half-bridge working modes. Consequently, the proposed converter has four different working modes. The multi-mode characteristic can meet different operating requirements. Therefore, by designing appropriate parameters, the topology morphing multi-element resonant converter (MRC) can achieve wide-range adjustment of DC voltage gain within a narrow operating frequency range while maintaining high efficiency. In order to verify the feasibility of the novel converter and the reliability of the theoretical analysis, the experimental results have been presented: when the input DC voltage varies from 25V to 300V, the converter can provide an adjustable voltage gain from 0 to a maximum of 8 times, and thereby the output voltage is stabilized at 200V; the relatively high efficiencies within wide voltage gain range are also guaranteed by the converter, and the highest efficiency reaches as high as 98.1%.
