摘要 针对磁极分段型表贴式永磁电机,推导了分段磁极磁化强度表达式,建立了磁场解析模型,进而计算了齿槽转矩与相反电动势。经有限元方法验证,所建立的磁场解析模型具有较高的准确性,可适用于具有任意分段数目的磁极均匀分段表贴式永磁电机。在此基础上,利用该模型对电机电磁性能随不同分段参数的变化规律进行分析,为磁极分段型永磁电机的设计与优化提供新的思路。

Abstract:In this paper, an analytical model was developed for calculating magnetic field of surface mounted permanent magnet machines (SMPM) with segmented pole. The segmented poles magnetization expression was deduced and the air gap flux density was calculated. Then the cogging torque and back-EMF were calculated. This model can be applied to SMPM with arbitrary pole segment number. Its accuracy was proved by the finite element results. With the analytical model, influences on electromagnetic performance of segment parameters were analyzed to provide a new idea for the design and optimization of SMPM with segmented pole.
