摘要 为了监测干式空心电抗器的固化情况,研制出一种光纤Bragg光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)应变传感器,实现了固化中电抗器包封应变的在线监测。在制作干式空心电抗器包封时,将传感器埋入干式空心电抗器包封内,在固化过程中监测包封的应变变化情况。监测结果表明,固化过程中胶体收缩产生负向的应变,当炉温超过50℃后,包封的负向应变量随固化时间的增长而逐渐增大,约8 h后应变量趋于稳定,此刻包封基本固化完全。降温过程中应变量沿负向增加,达到室温后稳定在-5 500 με左右。监测固化过程包封应变,对保障电抗器的质量和提高电抗器的机械性能具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to monitor the solidification condition of the dry-type air core reactor,we develop a fiber Bragg grating strain sensor to achieve on-line monitoring for reactor encapsulated strain in solidification.In the production of the dry-type air core reactor encapsulation,the sensor is embedded within the encapsulation so as to monitor the encapsulated strain changes during the solidification process.The results of monitoring show that the shrinkage of the colloid produces negative strain during the solidification process.When the furnace temperature exceeds 50℃,the negative strain of the encapsulation increases gradually with the growth of the solidification time.After about 8 hours,it tends to be stable.The encapsulation is basically solidified completely at this moment.In the cooling process,the strain increases along the negative direction,and stabilizes at around -5 500 με after reaching the room temperature.The monitoring of the encapsulated strain during the solidification process is of significance for ensuring the quality and improving the mechanical properties of the reactor.
