摘要 针对四磁极永磁偏置径向磁轴承两自由度间存在电磁力耦合问题,研究了耦合产生的原因,建立了考虑耦合影响的永磁偏置径向磁轴承电磁力数学模型,提出了永磁偏置径向磁轴承的前馈解耦控制策略和前馈补偿器解耦算法。通过对解耦前后电磁力与控制电流对比分析表明,提出的前馈补偿解耦算法是可行的。前馈解耦控制可以有效地减小转子偏离中心位置时,径向磁轴承两个自由度之间的电磁力耦合,提高转子位置控制精度。

Abstract:For the coupling problem of electromagnetic force between two degrees of freedom in a PM biased radial magnetic bearing with four poles, the reason of coupling produced is studied and the mathematical model of electromagnetic force coupling is established. Feedforward decoupling control strategy and feedforward compensator decoupling algorithm for the PM biased radial magnetic bearing is presented. Through comparing and analyzing the electromagnetic force and control current before and after decoupling control shows that feedforward compensation decoupling algorithm proposed is feasible. Feedforward decoupling control can effectively reduce electromagnetic force coupling, when the rotor position is off-center. The position control accuracy of rotor can be improved.
