摘要 

针对微电网中突出的电压质量问题和新能源的消纳需求,提出一种可同时实现电压质量调节和并网功率调控的串并联一体化变流器,简称多功能变流器(MFC)。在单相全桥逆变器的基础上,通过构造和复用直流侧电容支路,所提拓扑便可解耦和独立控制逆变器两桥臂,从而实现对其输出电压和输出电流的独立控制,同时实现多种功能。根据电网状况将其分为两种工作模式:电网电压正常时,工作于并网功率调控模式,实现对新能源发电的充分利用;电网电压波动时,工作于功率调控兼电压调节模式,可同时实现对功率的调控和对电压波动的补偿。该文首先详细分析了不同模式下电路的导通状态,建立电路模型说明原理;然后设计了控制策略并分析稳态误差;最后利用Simulink仿真及RT-LAB硬件在环实验,验证了所提拓扑与控制方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract

Aiming at the prominent voltage quality problems and the demand for new energy consumption in microgrid, a series-parallel integrated converter, which can realize both voltage quality adjustment and grid-connected power regulation, is proposed, and referred to as multifunctional converter (MFC). Based on the single-phase full-bridge inverter, by constructing and reusing the DC-side capacitor branch, the proposed topology can decouple and independently control the two bridge arms of the inverter, so as to realize the independent control of the output voltage and output current, and realize multiple functions at the same time. According to the grid conditions, it can be divided into two working modes: when the grid voltage is normal, it works in the grid-connected power regulation mode to realize the full utilization of new energy generation; when the grid voltage fluctuates, it works in the power regulation and voltage adjustment mode to realize the regulation of power and the compensation of voltage fluctuation at the same time. In this paper, firstly, conduction state of the circuit in different modes is analyzed in detail, and the circuit model is established to explain its principle; then the control strategy is designed and the steady-state error is analyzed; finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed topology and control method are verified by Simulink simulation and RT-LAB hardware in the loop experiment.
