摘要 基于相平面分析法,详细分析了两种全桥LLC变换器在短路情况下开关管的控制方法,给出了短路电流和开关管的应力定量计算。相比传统方案,本文提出方法可以有效地限制短路的输出电流并显著降低开关管电流应力。最后通过仿真和样机实验,表明了理论分析的可行性与正确性。

Abstract:In this paper, two types of control strategy for power switches are analyzed for full- bridge LLC converter under short circuit mode based on state-plane analysis. A brief calculation for short-current and switch stress are investigated and demonstrated under short circuit mode in detail. Comparing with traditional solution directly increase switching frequency, the concept presented in this paper brings better short current limitation performance and lower stress of switches. Finally, a thoroughly simulation and experiment are built to verify the theoretical analysis.
