Abstract:Because of the variety and complexity of the nonlinear analog circuits, the approaches are limited to deal with fault diagnosis. This paper applied screen theory to the fault diagnosis of the nonlinear analog circuits, first obtained the optimized excitation vectors through quantum particle swarm algorithm. Then divided the circuit into son nets, shieldede the son circuit in turns. The last,shielded the nonlinear components of son circuits until location the faults. And simulated the exampled circuit based on MATLAB and OrCAD. The experiment results show the proposed methods are feasible and simple.
