基于配电系统运行方式感知的自适应电流保护

摘要随着高比例光伏电源的接入,配电系统运行状态易发生大范围变化,常规三段式电流保护性能下降,难以快速准确动作。针对此问题,该文提出基于配电系统运行方式感知的自适应电流保护方法。首先探明光伏并网对配电系统运行方式感知的影响机理,进而构建计及光伏特性的故障暂态全频段阻抗模型,提出融合多频点计算的运行方式感知方法。在此基础上,提出配电系统自适应电流保护方法,根据运行方式计算结果快速调整保护定值,大幅提高保护性能。硬件在环测试结果表明,相较于其他方法,所提方法感知的运行方式等效阻抗最大误差降低了39.1%,保护的最小灵敏度提高了25.3%,且在各种测试工况下均能正确动作。

Abstract：Driven by the national “dual carbon target” policy, the installed capacity of photovoltaic power has increased rapidly, reaching 890million kilowatts by the end of 2024. In Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and other regions of China, the photovoltaic power generation of distribution system has exceeded the local load demand during peak hours, showing a new feature of reverse transmission of electric energy from the distribution network to the main network. Different from the traditional distribution system, the strong uncertainty of photovoltaic power source makes the operation state of distribution system change in a wide range, and the conventional current protection is difficult to trip quickly and accurately.
