摘要 提出一种辅助半桥调节的定频LLC谐振功率变换器。LLC半桥和辅助半桥都以隔离的方式传递功率,在不额外添加器件的情况下,仅通过调节控制信号的时序就能改变LLC半桥的谐振参数,实现电压输出调节。不同于传统调频方式,采用定频控制可简化磁性元件设计,减小励磁电感对增益的影响,提高轻载效率。另外,辅助半桥仅处理其中一小部分功率,电路整体保留了原LLC变换器的特性。详细分析了变换器的工作原理及其稳态性能,最后搭建一台300 V输入、48 V/4 A输出的实验样机,实验结果验证了所提变换器的可行性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a fixed-frequency LLC resonant converter adjusted by auxiliary half-bridge. The LLC half-bridge and the auxiliary half-bridge both perform isolated power conversion. The equivalent resonant parameters of half-bridge LLC are changed only by adjusting the timing of control signal without adding extra components so that the regulation of output voltage can be implemented. Compared with the traditional frequency modulation, fixed-frequency control can facilitate the optimization of magnetic components. The magnetizing inductance has less impact on the gain characteristics, and the efficiency at light load is improved. In addition, the auxiliary half-bridge only deals with a small part of the power, and the whole circuit retains the characteristics of the original LLC converter. The operation principle and steady state analysis are discussed in this paper. Finally, a prototype sample with 300 V input and 48 V/4 A output is built, and the feasibility of the proposed converter is verified by experimental results.
