摘要 电力电子系统通过功率半导体器件的开关控制来实现电磁能量的高效变换,提高系统的变换能力和可靠性是其终极目标。尝试以系统中的能量及能量流为状态变量进行建模,建立变换系统的能流模型,可视化并直观地描述电力电子变换系统电磁能量的分布和传递情况。以较复杂的多端口组合式电力电子变换器为例,建立“能流”的基本概念,设计构建能流图拓扑并给出可视化设计方法,结合科学计算可视化技术设计静态和动态界面,构建了一种基于能量流图分析方法的电力电子变换器系统设计和分析平台。仿真和实验结果表明,能量流图分析方法能有效地表征电力电子系统大时间尺度的换流过程。

Abstract:Power electronics system obtains efficient electromagnetic energy conversion through switching control of power semiconductor devices. Its ultimate aim is to improve the capability and reliability of conversion system. This paper tries to use system energy and energy flow as state variables directly for modeling. The energy flow model of conversion system is built in order to visually describe the distribution and transmission of electromagnetic energy in power electronics conversion system. Taking multi-terminal integrated energy converter as an example, this paper establishes a design and analysis platform based on energy flow topology method. Herein, the concept of energy flow is set, the energy flow topology and its visualization method are built, and the static and dynamic surfaces are designed using visualization technique in scientific computing. The application examples show that energy flow topology method can well characterize the commutation process of power electronics system in large timescale.
