摘要 缺陷漏磁成像技术一直是无损检测领域的研究热点之一,也是铁磁性构件缺陷检测与评估的重要手段。本文从缺陷的漏磁数据可视化、缺陷轮廓的二维漏磁成像以及缺陷的三维漏磁成像三个阶段,对缺陷漏磁成像技术的发展历程进行归纳梳理,详细介绍了各阶段常用的成像方法。并在此基础上,讨论了缺陷漏磁成像技术的研究方向和发展趋势。

Abstract:Defect magnetic flux leakage (MFL) imaging technology has been a hot research topic in the field of nondestructive testing technology. It is also an important means of defect detection and evaluation for ferromagnetic component. This paper summarized these techniques in detail from three stages of defect MFL imaging development: defect of leakage magnetic field imaging, defect outline of 2-D MFL imaging, and defect of the 3-D MFL imaging. The commonly used MFL imaging methods in different stages were introduced. Furthermore, the research directions and development trends of defect MFL imaging technology have been discussed.
