摘要 数字化高频弧焊逆变电源以其效率高、体积小、易于控制等优点在焊接方面得到广泛应用,但随着弧焊逆变电源高频化的发展,产生的传导EMI也越来越严重,尤其是共模传导EMI。本文基于数字有源EMI滤波(DAEF)控制,提出了一种降低弧焊逆变电源共模传导EMI的方法,该方法通过采样检测EMI信号、数字化补偿控制、DAC输出并注入,形成闭环EMI控制,其EMI控制可嵌入弧焊电源原有控制器资源中节约控制成本,因不在主电路中串接器件,从根本上解决了EMI滤波器体积和功耗大的问题。本文对带有DAEF的逆变弧焊电源系统进行设计、建模及补偿控制,仿真分析了基于DAEF控制的弧焊逆变电源系统在稳定性和动态性能方面的优势。最后,实验结果证明了所提出方法在减小弧焊电源传导EMI发射、提高其动态性能方面的优势。

Abstract:Digital high-frequency arc welding inverter is widely used in welding areas because of its many advantages such as high efficiency, small size, easy to control etc. However, with the development of high frequency of the switching, the conducted EMI generated by arc welding inverter becomes increasingly serious, especially common mode conducted EMI. Basing on digital active EMI filter (DAEF) controller, this paper proposes a new method which can reduce common mode conduction EMI for arc welding inverter. It is a closed EMI control circle by sampling the detected EMI signal, digital compensation control, DAC output and injecting. The EMI control can be embedded in arc welding inverter original controller to reduce controller costs, and it fundamentally solved the problem that size and losses of EMI filter is bigger, because there are no component in series in main circuit topology. In this paper, the arc welding inverter system with DAEF is designed, molded and compensation controlled. Meanwhile, by simulation and analyses, the advantages of arc welding inverter with DAEF in system stability and dynamic performance are showed. Finally, experiment results showed that the proposed method has advantages in reducing conducted EMI emission and improving dynamic performance of arc welding inverter.
