摘要 脉冲涡流检测是一种电磁无损检测技术,利用涡流场感应电压的瞬态响应信号对铁磁平板厚度进行检测。本文在已有平板导体脉冲涡流场感应电压时域解析式的基础上,利用铁磁材料相对磁导率远大于1的条件,比较解析式中各变量的量级大小,结合铁磁平板内脉冲涡流的扩散过程,将铁磁平板脉冲涡流场感应电压的时域表达式分前期、后期两段近似化简,得到两个简单形式的近似表达式。经坐标变换,将前期、后期两段感应电压曲线分别在双对数坐标和半对数坐标下用一段直线近似表示。从理论计算和实验两方面验证了感应电压近似表达式的正确性。

Abstract:Pulsed eddy current testing is one of the electromagnetic nondestructive testing technologies, which is able to detect the ferromagnetic plate thickness by using the transient response signal of the voltage induced by pulsed eddy current field. Based on the time-domain analytic expressions for pulsed eddy current field of conductive plate, this paper study the way to simplify the expressions of the induced voltage. By calculating the order of magnitude of each variable in the analytic expressions, and combining with the diffusion process of the pulsed eddy current in the ferromagnetic plate, the time-domain expressions of voltage induced by pulsed eddy current field in ferromagnetic plate is simplified into two approximate expressions. Through coordinate transformation, the approximate curves become two straight lines in the log-log and semi-log coordinates respectively. The approximate expressions of the induced voltage are verified through the theoretical calculation and experiments.
