双重移相控制的双主动全桥变换器全局电流应力分析及优化控制策略

Abstract To minimize the power loss of the dual-active full bridge (DAB) converter, based on the different transmission power and input/output voltage conversion ratio in global range, a dual-phase-shift (DPS) current stress optimal control strategy is proposed. By means of segmentation optimization of the inner/outer phase-shift angle in two sides of full bridge, this strategy ensures the optimal current stress in the global range of converter. Firstly, the traditional single-phase-shift (SPS), extended-phase-shift (EPS) and dual-phase-shift transmission power characteristics are compared and analyzed, which shows the significant advantage of DPS in transmission range and flexibility. Furthermore, the mathematical relationship among the inductance current stress, voltage conversion ratio, transmission power and phase-shift angle in all modes is established. On this basis, the phase-shift angle conditions, which are all mode converter processing in the optimal current stress state and the realization scheme of the optimal control strategy, are obtained. A 5kW experimental prototype is set up, and the contrast experiments of the stress and efficiency are carried out in full power range. The feasibility and significant advantage of the proposed control strategy are verified.
