摘要 结合电压源换流器高压直流(VSC-HVDC)输电系统向受端无源电网供电时的稳态运行特点,提出基于VSC-HVDC联网的受端电网扩展黑启动的优化决策方法。在分析黑启动过程中VSC-HVDC逆变器采用定交流电压控制策略下运行特性的基础上,提出拟进相运行能力及其裕度两个指标来反映换流器吸收充电无功功率和抑制工频过电压的能力。进而考虑VSC-HVDC的影响,在扩展黑启动多目标优化模型中,引入反映系统整体无功功率水平的目标函数及VSC- HVDC稳态运行的约束条件,通过快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)和模糊熵权法得到最优扩展黑启动恢复方案。最后采用电磁暂态仿真软件(PSCAD/EMTDC)建模,并基于修改的新英格兰10机39节点系统仿真证明了VSC-HVDC在黑启动初期的优越性。

Abstract:According to the steady-state operation characteristics of voltage source converter based high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) technology when it supplies power to the receiving passive grid, an optimization decision method of passive grid extended black start scheme was proposed. The steady-state operation characteristics of the inverter using constant voltage control strategy were analysed in the black start process. Two indexes about quasi leading phase operation capability and its margin were put forward to reflect the absorption ability of reactive power and the suppression ability of frequency overvoltage. Taken the impacts of VSC-HVDC into consideration, an objective function that reflects overall system reactive power and VSC-HVDC steady-state operation constraints was introduced into the multi-objective optimization model. The optimal extended black-start recovery strategy was obtained by using the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and the fuzzy entropy method. The test results on the modified New England 10-unit 39-bus system and the PSCAD/EMTDC verify the superiority of VSC-HVDC in black start process.
