摘要 提出一种基于桥臂电路的能量有源回馈吸收单元(EARS),不仅能够实现桥臂电路的软开关,还能解决能量回馈过程中的环流问题。EARS由无源软开关吸收回路和能量有源回馈支路构成,无源软开关吸收回路能够实现主电路开关管的零电流开通和零电压关断;而储存于缓冲电容的能量则能通过能量有源回馈支路返回至电源侧,并解决了无源回馈支路中的环流问题。能量有源回馈支路中辅助开关管的控制策略简单并且与主开关管相互独立,有利于系统模块化,提高了系统的可靠性。最后,通过搭建1 kW的能量有源回馈吸收单元实验平台,对上述电路拓扑的有效性和优越性进行验证。

Abstract:An energy active recovery snubber(EARS)for Bridge Legs is proposed to achieve soft-switching and avoid circulating current in this paper.For this snubber,both zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off can be guaranteed,thus the switching loss is reduced.The energy stored in the snubber capacitor can be regenerated to the power supply through the energy active recovery circuit.Moreover,the circulating current can be eliminated compared with the conventional energy passive recovery circuit.The control strategy of the auxiliary active switch is very simple and is independent of the main switch making the system more reliable and applicable.Finally,the validity and superiority of this energy active recovery snubber are verified experimentally by an 1 kW prototype.
