摘要 网侧电压跌落是三相并网变流器运行时的常见工况之一。分析变流器锁相环的瞬态响应有助于提高装置耐受电网故障的能力。基于三相电压型PWM整流器及锁相环的数学模型,以单相电压跌落故障为例,给出了计算同步参考坐标系锁相环(SRF-PLL)相角输出的二阶非线性微分方程,进而由Mathematica软件计算给出数值解。通过Simulink仿真验证了方程的正确性。通过方程分析和仿真对比,得出锁相环PI环节参数影响故障电流波形规律。可知部分情况下,不当的积分参数会导致系统电流出现发散。通过数字物理混合实验验证了仿真结果和理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The voltage sag on the grid side is one of the common operating conditions when the three-phase grid-connected converter is running.It is helpful to improve the equipment′s capability of withstanding grid faults by analyzing the transient response of the converter′s phase-locked loop(PLL).This paper provides a second-order nonlinear differential equation based on the mathematic model of three-phase voltage-source PWM rectifier and the phase-locked loop to calculate the output phase angle of the synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop during a failure of single phase voltage sag.Then,the numerical solution is calculated by Mathematica.The validity of the equation is verified by Simulink.The pattern how the parameters of the PLL′s PI controller influence on the fault current waveform is obtained through the analysis of the equation and the simulation.Improper integration parameters will lead to the divergence of the system current in some cases.The simulation results and theoretical analysis are validated by hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
