Abstract:Taking a squirrel-cage asynchronous motor Y802-2 as example, the 2D-FEM models of the healthy and broken motors are established, then the transient electromagnetic field is calculated, the time-space varied air-gap magnetic flux density wave is obtained, and the result is compared with the test date. Using the air-gap magnetic flux density that get from the transient magnetic field, the electromagnetic force wave in the air-gap of the healthy motor and broken motors is calculated based on the Maxwell stress equation. The orders, frequencies and magnitudes of the electromagnetic force wave are calculated and analyzed combining with the methods of 2D-FFT and specific value correction of spectral analysis. The orders, frequencies of the magnetic flux density wave and electromagnetic force wave are calculated by the traditional formulas, the results are compared with the numerical calculation results, and the changing characteristics of the electromagnetic force caused by the broken bar fault are obtained.
