Multi-Infeed DC Terminal Location Selection Method Based on Clustering Nodes |

Abstract With the increasing DC station locations in terminal power grid, rational planning DC landing position is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of terminal power grid. On the basis of deep research on DC interaction characteristics, the paper defined node interaction similarity index based on multi-infeed interaction factor and further constructed the interactive influence similarity matrix of terminal power grid. Taking DC station locations number as the target, the partition of terminal power grid was realized by using spectral clustering method. Then each DC chose one sub-region as alternative landing area and all schemes formed scheme set. Finally, the optimal scheme was selected by comprehensive evaluation of entirety and proportionality. The results of example analysis show that the landing positions selected by using the proposed method are reasonable. Compared with traditional method, the proposed method has advantages of simple calculation and high efficiency screening.
