能量分离喷口高压SF<sub>6</sub>断路器灭弧室电场分析

Abstract A novel nozzle structure with energy separation structure,which adopts the X-type guide blade at the nozzle upstream domain,is proposed in this paper to change the gas flow path.In order to analyze the influences of the proposed structure on the electric field distribution of the arc quenching chamber,this paper utilizes the finite element method and considers the experimental requirements for testing 550 kV SF₆ circuit breaker insulation to calculate and analyze the insulation characteristics of the arc-quenching system in the circuit breaker with and without the guide blade.Therefore,the influences of the blade structure on the electric field distribution of the breaker quenching chamber during breaking process can be obtained.According to the 3D electric field calculation results,the maximum electric field strength of the arc quenching chamber with the guide blade structure is lower than that without it,and the maximum reduction percent age reaches 4.8%.
