摘要 近年来,电场耦合无线电能传输(EC-WPT)技术迅速发展,在传输功率和传输距离上有了数量级的提升。该文总结了国内外相关文献中关于EC-WPT技术的概念,简要介绍了EC-WPT系统的基本工作原理,论述了EC-WPT技术在系统建模、电场耦合机构、高频功率变换器、谐振网络、控制方法、电能与信号并行传输方面有指导价值的理论研究成果,分析了EC-WPT技术在消费电子、植入式医疗设备、工业制造、电动汽车、水下设备领域的应用,重点围绕单电容无线电能传输、跨越金属传能、电场耦合机构损耗模型、磁场耦合与电场耦合混合型WPT系统、安全问题五个方面阐述和讨论了EC-WPT技术未来值得关注的研究方向。

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of electric-filed coupling wireless power transfer (EC-WPT) technology, moreover the transmission power and distance have been greatly improved. In this paper, the concept of EC-WPT technology in various kinds of literatures is summarized, and the basic working principle of the EC-WPT system is analyzed. Focusing on theoretical researches, the works based on system modelling, capacitive coupler, high-frequency converter, resonant network, control method, and power & signal parallel transmission are expounded. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the EC-WPT applications about consumer electronics, implantable devices, industrial manufacturing, electric vehicle, and underwater devices. The future research directions of EC-WPT technology are described and discussed from five aspects: single-capacitor wireless power transfer, power transmission across metal barrier, loss model of the capacitive coupler, hybrid WPT system, and safety issues.
