摘要 针对永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中存在转矩脉动大、开关频率不稳定等问题,结合滑模变结构控制方法,提出一种双滑模变结构直接转矩控制方案。首先,设计磁链和转矩的滑模控制器,输出为所需施加的电压空间矢量,并运用Lyapunov理论对所设计控制器的存在性和可达性进行证明。其次,设计滑模无速度传感器,实现PMSM-DTC系统的无传感器运行。最后,仿真结果表明该控制系统的可行性,永磁同步电机转矩脉动减小,对参数变化和外部干扰具有较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:In this paper, aimed at the problem of the large torque ripple and unstable switching frequency in the direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a direct torque control scheme is proposed for double sliding mode variable structure. Firstly, two sliding mode controllers are designed for flux linkage and torque, the output of which is the voltage space vector, and the existence and reachability of the controller are proved by using Lyapunov theory. Secondly, sliding mode observer for the sensorless speed control is designed to work without sensor. At last, the simulation results show the feasibility of the control system. The torque ripple is reduced, and the system has strong robustness against parameter variations and external disturbances.
