摘要 永磁同步电机(PMSM)因其优异的转矩特性和宽广的调速范围而广泛运用于船舶电力推进领域,无位置传感器控制是系统可靠运行的重要保障,然而定子相电流的测量误差将会导致转速、转矩脉动以及转子位置估算偏差。针对以上问题,探讨测量误差产生的原理以及对电机调速系统性能的影响,得出偏移误差和增益误差分别会引起转矩、转速在fe、2fe处脉振的结论。基于上述分析,提出一种消除q轴电流测量误差的补偿策略,通过计算fe、2fe处转速脉动分量,然后反向计算获取测量误差Δiq,以此进行误差补偿获取真实q轴电流,消除测量误差对电机转矩的干扰。仿真和实验结果表明提出的相电流测量误差补偿策略能够明显降低永磁同步电机转矩和转速的周期性脉动,提高了船舶永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制精度。

Abstract:Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in marine electric propulsion due to its excellent torque characteristics and wide range of speed regulation. Sensorless control is of significance for the reliability service of the marine electric propulsion system. However, the measurement error of the stator phase current generally results in speed and torque ripple and estimation error of rotor position. To this end, by analyzing the principle of measurement error and the subsequent influence on the performance of motor speed control system, it is concluded that the offset error and the gain error will cause the torque and speed pulsation at fe and 2fe, respectively. Based on the above analysis, a compensation strategy is proposed to eliminate the measurement error of q axis current. In this strategy, the speed pulsating component at fe and 2fe are calculated first and then the q axis current measurement error Δiq is obtained by backward calculation so as to obtain the true q axis current value via error compensation algorithm and to eliminate the disturbance of measurement error on motor torque. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed phase current measurement error compensation algorithm can reduce the periodic ripple of torque and speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
