Based on the conventional direct torque control method, this paper restructures and optimize the electric space according to the special position information of the rotor. As a result, each sector can reflect the actual working status of the motor, making voltage vector selected more accurately. The application of saturated current analytical model, optimizes the width of sectors in real time, minimizes the generation of instantaneous negative torque, and increases the Torque/Ampere ratio while reducing the torque ripple. The simulation and experimental results proved that the proposed method was effective.
