摘要 针对传统双逆变器驱动开绕组永磁同步电机系统的成本和复杂性高的问题,提出一种具有少开关特性的低成本四桥臂变换器驱动开绕组永磁电机的新型拓扑结构,在四桥臂变换器输出有效电压矢量和SVPWM策略分析的基础上,分析了系统中复用桥臂产生的非对称死区电压分布规律及其对相绕组电流畸变的影响,基于零序回路独立控制的方法设计了具有平均死区电压补偿的谐波电流抑制策略,将死区补偿后的开绕组永磁电机绕组电流总谐波含量抑制至5%左右,使得低成本的四桥臂变换器具有类似传统双逆变器驱动开绕组电机系统的输出特性,最后通过仿真和实验验证了所提死区分析和抑制策略的有效性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high cost and complexity of the open winding permanent magnet synchronous machine (OW-PMSM) system based on the dual-inverter, this paper proposed a novel low-cost four-leg converter for OW-PMSM. On the basis of analysis of the active voltage vectors and corresponding SVPWM strategy for the four-leg converter, the asymmetric distribution rule of the dead-time voltage due to the multiplex bridges was presented for the current distortion analysis. The compensation method of the average dead-time voltage for the proposed system with the separated zero-sequence control scheme was given to suppress the current harmonics. The total harmonics distortion (THD) of the currents could be reduced to 5% or so, and the proposed drive system with the four-leg converter could achieve the same output performance as the OW-PMSM with dual-inverter. Simulations and experiments verify the effectiveness of the dead-time analysis and the proposed suppression strategy.
