摘要 传统的基于状态估计的反电动势观测器估计到的反电动势存在相位滞后,用于永磁同步电机转子位置估计时会造成估计角度的均值偏差。提出一种改进的反电动势观测器,可以无相差估计反电动势。为消除控制算法、死区效应、负载扰动等引起的谐波和高频噪声的影响,将二阶广义积分器-锁相环(SOGI-FLL)算法引入永磁同步电机转子位置和转速估计领域,提出了复合SOGI-FLL(CSOGI-FLL)算法,提高了转子位置和转速估计的动态性能,增强了对谐波和噪声的抑制能力。最后搭建实验平台,通过稳态和动态实验验证了所提设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:Traditional back-EMF observer based on the state estimation causes a phase lag,which will introduce mean deviation of estimated angle for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)rotor position estimation.This paper proposed an improved back-electromotive force(back-EMF)observer with zero-phase lag.In order to eliminate harmonics and high frequency noises caused by the control algorithm,dead time effect,load disturbance,and other effects,the Second Order Generalized Integrator-Frequency Locked Loop(SOGI-FLL)algorithm was introduced to PMSM position and speed estimation areas.In this paper,Composite SOGI-FLL(CSOGI-FLL)algorithm was proposed to improve the dynamic performance of position and speed estimation and to enhance the capability to reject harmonics and noises.Finally,we set up an experimental platform and verified the effectiveness of the method through steady-state and dynamic experiments.
