摘要 针对风电场各机组疲劳不均匀导致机组维护不同步的问题,以及风电场疲劳优化和有功功率控制顾此失彼的现状,将机组疲劳优化问题转化为有功功率控制问题,综合考虑尾流效应的影响,提出了利用风电场限值发电形成的有功功率调节自由度进行疲劳优化的原理,基于最优控制理论给出了风电场疲劳分布与有功功率统一控制的控制策略;为使控制策略可基于风电场现有软硬件环境实现,重点基于多智能体技术研究了控制策略的实现方法,设计了多智能体系统的部署方案、智能体层次状态机和智能体间的信息交互方案。仿真表明,提出的方法能在保证风电场有功功率跟踪调度给定值、不损失发电量的前提下,均匀风电场疲劳分布,保证各机组维护的同步性,降低维护频率,减少维护成本。

Abstract:To solve the unbalanced fatigue distribution over a wind farm and its optimization methods mismatching the active power demands of power grid, a novel control strategy was proposed. Based on optimal control theory, and by converting fatigue problem into active power controlling problem, the strategy can balance fatigue distribution using the active power margin on the condition that wind farms give up some wind power. Moreover, the strategy considered the impart of wake effect of wind turbine to improve the control accuracy. A solution based on intelligent agent was proposed to ensure the control strategy could execute in the existing computing devices of wind farm. In this solution each wind turbine was considered as an intelligent agent, and then the hierarchical state machine of each agent was presented, and finally, the communication scheme among agents was presented. The simulation results had shown that the proposed solution was a feasible way to trace the active power demands and to balance fatigue distribution at the same time, which may reduce the maintenance frequency of wind farms.
