Abstract:In order to resolve the problem of frequency drift in the inductive power transfer (IPT) system,under a fixed frequency condition,the parallel connected switching capacitor-inductor reactors are employed in the sender and the receiver circuits,respectively.The value of the equivalent compensating capacitor is altered in real time in the sender side according to the criteria of minimizing the output voltage of DC-DC converter,which is measured in real time and sent to the sender controller.Similarly,the current of the receiver end is measured and sent to the receiver controller to alter the value of the equivalent compensating capacitor with the criteria of maximizing the receiver current.Then the IPT system can work under the resonant condition by employing the proposed algorithm.The experimental results validate that the proposed method realizes the dynamic frequency tuning,decreases the power capacity,and improve the system efficiency and power.
