摘要 永磁同步电机因其具有高功率密度和高效率,因此被广泛作为电动车(EV)驱动系统的主流电机选项。本文首先分析了三种使用相同体积永磁材料的车用内置式永磁电机的性能,使用有限元分析软件对比分析了这三种电机的空载反电势,转矩特性,以及直轴、交轴电感特性和抗去磁能力;针对电动车用V型内置式永磁电机本文进一步分析了其电感和转矩脉动性能。最后本文进行了样机制造和空载实验以验证有限元仿真模型的正确性。

Abstract:Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs) are a popular motor drive technology for electrified vehicles(EVs) drive systems because of their high power density and high efficiency. In this paper, three different types of interior PMSMs are extensively studied in FEM for traction drives. The motors utilize the same amount of permanent magnets, and are compared numerically in their motor performances including no-load EMF voltage, torque character, d axis and q axis inductances and anti-demagnetization ability. A V-shape interior PMSM is selected as the candidate motor and investigated further for the target application. Then the motor is prototyped and tested under no-load conditions to validate the numerical models built by the finite element method.
