摘要 由于异步电机定子电阻压降的存在,传统6扇区直接转矩控制所选电压矢量在扇区交界处可能失效,通过采用12扇区切换方法有效提高了控制的可靠性。针对电压模型和电流模型定子磁链观测器各自的特点,提出了一种适用于高采样频率的新型电压和电流混合模型观测器,建立了定子磁链观测值与真实值的频率响应方程。在电机参数变化情况下,从频率响应特性和仿真两个方面对比分析了三种磁链观测器的性能。最后通过试验证明了所提出观测器的有效性。

Abstract:Because of the voltage drop on asynchronous motor stator resistance, the voltage vector chosen by traditional 6-sector direct torque control (DTC) method appears to be invalid around the sector divide. Through 12-sector method, this problem was solved and control reliability was improved. Considering the features of voltage and current model flux observer, a novel hybrid model which suits for high sampling frequency was presented, and the frequency response function (FRF) was deduced. From the FRF and simulation, comparison of the voltage, current and hybrid model observer performance was implemented, while the motor parameters varied. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid model is proved by the experimental results.
