Widespread electrical vehicle (EV) charging station integrated to distribution network is one of the vital important factors for EV large-scale application. In order to evaluate the impact of the power distribution grid integrated with EV charging stations, according to proposed index appraisal system of distribution network supportability, for EV charging stations charging characteristics and location, the probabilistic load model of battery replacement stations, residential charging station and public charging station are established in this paper. The fuzzy theory, entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to comprehensively evaluation the index appraisal system. Accordingly, this paper proposes an optimization reconfiguration approach for improving supportability of the distribution network. Finally the index appraisal system and feasibility of optimization algorithms are analyzed and verified by standard IEEE33 node distribution network.
