Abstract:In view of effects from low flux, strong coupling and long time delay, in the field-weakening region of induction motors, the effective current control cannot be realized in the existing indirect field-oriented control system. To solve this problem, the paper proposes an expert current controller utilizing fuzzy inference mechanism considering the coupling effects of voltage, current, parameters variation, speed, etc., in the case of failure reasoning, the suboptimal parameter could be substituted, which overcomes the shortcomings of failure to settle optimal parameters in general expert system. Based on the above expert controller, the current commands can be pre-processed to avoid inappropriate adjustment. The results of simulation and experiment in the last show the effectiveness and utility of the method.
