Abstract:The implementation of 3-level NPC benefits the wind power system to a large extent. It can reduce the voltage stress,and increase the efficiency etc. Traditional 3-level SVPWM algorithm is too complex to the digital control system,which may reduce the overall performance. This paper studies the 3D-SVM algorithm for 3-level NPC topology to avoid the complex calculation process of traditional 2D-SVM algorithm. The experimental results based on FPGA verify the feasibility of 3D-SVM algorithm.
