摘要 柔性多状态开关(FMS)是未来微配网的新型电力电子设备,可用于改善电网潮流分布、提高分布式电源渗透率,并可在微电网孤岛运行后,实现较小冲击的柔性再并网。鉴于其造价高昂,针对由多微电网基于FMS互联构成的主动配电网,以运行经济性为目标,探究FMS接入位置和时序运行值。首先,对含有FMS的主动配电网进行约束建模,并综合配电网用电成本、FMS及储能的安装运维费用构建目标函数;然后,对配电网模型中的非线性求解项进行线性化处理和二阶锥转换,以提高规划问题的求解效率;最后,将目标函数在约束条件下进行求解,比对各种方案下配电网的综合运行经济性指标和电压偏移量,获取最优的FMS定址规划方案,并通过典型场景分析、微电网并网暂态仿真和算法对比,验证了FMS对于提升微配网运行水平的有效性和求解算法的高效性。

Abstract:Flexible multi-state switch(FMS)is a new type of power electronic equipment for future micro-distribution network. It can not only improve the power flow distribution and the permeability of distributed power supply, but also realize the flexible reconnection of the micro networks after the islanding operation with minor impacts. Considering its high cost, given the active distribution network composed of multiple micro networks interconnected by FMSs, the access location and timing operation values of the FMSs were explored with the operation economy as the target. Firstly, the constraint conditions of the active distribution network containing FMSs were established. Meanwhile the objective function including the electricity cost of distribution network, installation and maintenance costs of the FMSs and energy storages was established. On this basis, the nonlinear items in the distribution network model were linearized and the second order cone transformations were conducted to improve the solving efficiency of the planning problem. Finally, the objective function was solved given the constraint conditions, and different schemes were compared through the operation economy index and node voltage offset, and the optimal installation and operation scheme was obtained. Moreover, through typical scene analysis, transient simulation of grid-connection of micro networks and algorithm comparison, the effectiveness of FMSs for improving the operation level of micro-distribution networks and the efficiency of the solving algorithm were verified.
