摘要 柔性直流系统、船舶直流系统和轨道交通直流牵引系统普遍存在短路故障电流幅值大、上升率高以及现有直流断路器难以快速可靠开断的问题。超导限流直流开断技术利用高温超导带材的快速限流特性,在短路故障发生后1ms内自动反应,将短路故障电流限制到较低幅值,极大地降低了直流断路器的开断难度和负担。该文首先介绍了直流超导限流器的限流特性,然后研究三种超导限流直流开断技术:超导限流自激振荡式、超导限流强迫过零式和超导限流混合式直流开断技术。仿真分析200kV/30kA超导限流自激振荡直流开断过程,完成了10kV/10kA超导限流强迫过零直流电流开断试验和55V/55A超导限流混合式直流电流开断试验。

Abstract:In the flexible DC system, ship DC system and rail transit system, the amplitude and rise rate of the short-circuit fault current are very high. It is difficult for the existing DC circuit breaker to cut off the fault quickly and reliably. Using the high temperature superconducting tape with fast current limiting characteristic, the superconducting current limiting DC switching can react within 1 ms automatically. Then it can limit the fault current to a very low level, which greatly reduces the difficulty and burden of the DC circuit breaker. In this paper, the characteristics of the superconducting current limiter were introduced first. Then three kinds of the superconducting current limiting DC switching technologies were analyzed: superconducting current limiting passive oscillation DC circuit breaker, superconducting current limiting active current injection DC circuit breaker, and superconducting current limiting hybrid DC circuit breaker. The interruption process of 200kV/30kA superconducting current limiting passive oscillation DC circuit breaker was simulated. The 10kV/10kA superconducting current limiting active current injection DC circuit breaker interruption test and the 55V/55A superconducting current limiting hybrid DC circuit breaker interruption test were completed.
