摘要 提出一种基于脉冲频率调制(PFM)的高增益隔离型软开关直流变换器,该变换器在反激变换器基础上,集成了有源钳位单元和准倍压结构,在实现高增益的同时,所有功率管均具有软开关的特性,且电路结构简单。与脉宽调制(PWM)方式相比,采用PFM的控制方式进一步降低了功率管上的电流应力,有助于提升变换器效率。详细分析PFM方式下的高增益软开关变换器拓扑的工作原理及其特性,并对PFM和PWM的策略及特性分别进行分析比较,最后搭建一台160W、45V/380V的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:A high step-up isolated soft-switching DC/DC converter with pulse frequency modulation (PFM) was presented in this paper. The converter integrates a flyback converter with active clamp and similar voltage multiplier cells, and all the transistors have soft-switching. The structure of this proposed converter is simple and easy to achieve high voltage gain. At the same time, compared with the pulse width modulation (PWM) mode, the control mode of PFM modulation further reduces the power tube on the current stresses, which helps to improve the converter’s efficiency. The operation principles and characteristics of the proposed converter were analyzed in detail, and the two control strategies were compared. Finally, a 160W, 45V/380V laboratory prototype circuit was implemented to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
