摘要 

针对电压矢量角弱磁控制方法无法规划永磁同步电机电流轨迹的问题,提出一种基于单交轴电流调节器的电压矢量角弱磁控制方法。首先基于交/直轴电流平面的永磁同步电机基本电磁关系,分析不同限制曲线之间的关系和电流轨迹变化的情况,通过转矩特性曲线簇规划相应最优电流轨迹;其次通过对最大电压幅值限制下唯一自由度的分析,采用单交轴电流调节器以实现弱磁区域的电流轨迹控制,同时证明所提出方法的稳定性;最后在所搭建的3kW永磁同步电机仿真/实验平台上与现有弱磁优化方法的对比仿真/实验研究结果表明,所提方法完成弱磁/非弱磁平滑切换功能,简化牵引/制动算法并保证系统稳定性,实现良好的电流响应与电流轨迹控制。

Abstract

Considering the problem that current locus cannot be planned in voltage angle control methods, the single q-axis current regulator - variable voltage angle control method is proposed. Firstly, the relationship of different limit curves and the movements of the current locus were analyzed based on the fundamental electromagnetic relationship of the dq axis current plane. The optimal current loci were designed for the corresponding torque characteristic curves. Secondly, the unique regulated variable was analyzed with the limitation of the maximum voltage amplitude; the single q-axis current regulator was proposed to implement the current locus control in the flux-weakening region; the stability was also proved. Finally, the simulation and experiment platforms based on a 3kW permanent magnet synchronous motor were set up. Compared with traditional flux-weakening control methods, the results show that the proposed method can complete smooth transition of flux-weakening control, simplify the motoring and generating algorithm, and ensure system stability, which achieves good control of current response and current locus.
