摘要 为解决永磁同步电机电动助力转向(EPS)系统在线运行中因电流零点漂移引起的转矩脉动问题,在定量分析电流零点漂移对永磁同步电机输出转矩的影响的基础上,结合EPS系统运行特点,提出电流传感器偏移误差调控方法,即零速零转矩相电压估算补偿方法,用以在线标定且调控由于零点漂移所造成的永磁同步电机转矩脉动,减轻驾驶员的驾驶负担,提高操作舒适性。采用理论分析、仿真建模与样机实验相结合的方法,建立EPS系统永磁同步电机零速零转矩物理模型,采用PWM占空比估算相电压的方法实现电流传感器偏移误差补偿,无需增加其他传感器即可完成电流传感器零点误差补偿。通过仿真与实验比对表明,该文所提出的方法对降低EPS系统永磁同步电机转矩脉动具有工程可行性与可实现性。

Abstract:In order to solve the torque ripple problem caused by the drift of the zero point of current of permanent magnet synchronous motor used for electric power steering (EPS) system when it is online, a method for regulating offset error of current sensor, zero speed zero torque compensation method by phase voltage estimation, was proposed. This method was on the basis of quantitative analysis for the influence current zero drift on output torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor and operation characteristic of EPS system. It is can be used to on-line calibrate and adjust torque ripple caused by zero drift, which contribute to alleviate driving burden and improve operating comfort. Zero speed zero torque physical model of PMSM in EPS system was established. For this, theoretical analysis, simulation modeling and prototype test was adopted. Estimation phase voltage by PWM duty method was applied to compensate the offset error of current sensor and eliminated zero error without any additional sensor. The simulation and experiment results showed that the proposed method is feasible in engineering and implementation for reducing the torque ripple of EPS system permanent magnet synchronous motor.
