摘要 介绍一种考虑软磁复合材料的磁各向异性特征,并且能够准确描述磁性材料微观磁特性的矢量磁滞算子,并且基于“磁化稳定状态能量处于极小值”的原理,建立能够确定单个矢量磁滞算子稳定磁化状态的八角星形线法则。同时引入高斯-高斯二维分布函数和Weiss理论中相互作用场的概念,确定磁性材料的宏观磁特性为材料内部所有矢量磁滞算子磁特性的加权和,建立能够反映磁性材料矢量磁特性的旋转磁滞模型,实现软磁复合材料的旋转磁特性精确数值模拟。借助三维磁性材料磁特性测量装置对电工磁性材料的真实磁特性进行了全面测量和分析。最后通过与实验测量结果对比,验证矢量磁滞模型的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:The paper introduces a vector elemental operator with biaxial anisotropy based on the underlying magnetization mechanisms of the magnetic material. Detailed analysis of the magnetic properties of one elemental operator under rotational magnetization has been presented thereafter. With the help of the proposed vector elemental operator, the rotational magnetic hysteresis of soft magnetic composite material is simulated. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results obtained by the 3-D magnetic property measurement system. The good agreement shows the validity and practicability of the elemental operator method in the modelling of the rotational magnetic hysteresis.
