摘要 主动解列是指当大电网遭受大扰动失去同步时,主动断开一系列线路将电网切割为多个电力孤岛以防止事故进一步扩大的一种控制方式。本文提出一种考虑无功平衡的大电网主动解列最优断面搜索策略。该策略容许在不对电网进行化简的前提下,搜索同时满足电网有功与无功平衡的最优解列断面。并通过对华中电网算例仿真及波兰电网算例验证该策略的有效性以及正确性。

Abstract:Power system controlled islanding is an active control strategy to split the inter- connected power grid into several islands on line when the system is subject to severe disturbances and will be out of step. This paper presents a fast islanding strategy for large power networks considering the reactive power considering the balance between the active power and reactive power without simplify the network to obtain the global optimal solution. Simulations on central China power grid and Poland grid show that the proposed strategy is correct and effective.
