摘要 微电网建设规划方案决策中评价指标要素间相互关联是普遍存在的,针对传统评估方法对要素间的影响关系考虑较少或衡量主观,以至关联关系难以准确界定的问题,提出基于DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR(DEMATEL:Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,ANP:Analytic Network Process,VIKOR:Visekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje)的多属性微电网建设规划方案综合决策模型,利用DEMATEL法量化准则层指标要素的影响关系强度,充分考虑指标之间的依赖-反馈关系,采用ANP法确定各指标的权重,通过追求最大化群体效益和最小化个体遗憾,结合VIKOR法完成对备选方案的综合排序和选优。实例分析表明,该决策模型可以很好地适应指标体系中复杂的关联关系,有效提高指标权重分配的均衡性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Abstract:The interdependence among the evaluation factors in microgrid construction planning schemes is common.But the traditional evaluation methods have little concerns on the relation of the evaluation factors and have deficiency in subjectivism so that the correlation is hard to be precisely defined.A multi-attribute synthetic decision model based on DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR is proposed.Firstly,the DEMATEL method is utilized to quantitate the relationship strength of the evaluation factors in the criterion layer.Secondly,considering the dependence-feedback relationship among indexes,the weight of each evaluation index is decided with the ANP method.Finally,the optimal selection of the available solutions can be realized by the VIKOR method through maximizing the group benefit and minimizing the individual regret.The results in the case study show that the decision model adapts to the correlation of the evaluation index system and enhances the equilibrium of the index weights.Thus,the proposed model is of pragmatic value to engineering applications.
