Abstract:In the surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM), because of the distortion of air gap magnetic field and the nonlinear characteristics of inverter, it was easy to make the current waveform of the SPMSM distortion, and the character of motor was reduced. In order to solve the problem, a novel harmonic suppression method was proposed. Based on the fuzzy PID, a harmonic injection compensation loop was used. Combined with MATLAB simulation and the experiment, the result shows that the control method is effective to improve the precision, and inhibit the torque ripple.
